I was nervous about using this because of a few negative reviews but I needed a stacking system in a pinch!I'm glad to report it kept my cake in tact and by that and prayer I safely delivered the wedding cake!Yes I would recommend this, I think a straw down the middle of the cake/board is important though because there's no way for the cake board to stick to the cake plate (i.e little spikes like on another plate system I've previously used)Overall I'm very pleased and would recommend this if yo

Cake arrived a few days early which at first I was upset about but, I realized it was frozen and needed a few days to thaw in the fridge so it worked out. Was expensive in comparison to the frozen cakes you can get at the grocery store but, I wanted to surprise my husband. The cake itself was packed well, had the dry ice, and wasn't damaged at all which I was worried about based on other reviews. I like other David's products (although expensive) and that goes for this cake as well. It was moist

I used these supports for a three-tiered wedding cake and they worked great! I wouldn’t trust the soft sticks for that heavy of a cake but the hard plastic ones held up perfectly (the kit comes with both). The only annoyance was cutting down them to all equal sizes (but pipe cutters would have worked well).

Cake was very good, not the best but very nice for a birthday. I would order again as it is just the right size to serve 4-6 slices
