Created a liquor menu for fun use at home. This looks professional for a cheap price. Good purchase.

My mom has had a set of these for probably 50 years and I broke one. I didn’t think I’d be able to replace it but here it was. The description said it was used and had a few scratches but it looks good as new.

I bought this pan to replace another fajita iron I've had for a few years that I've always had trouble keeping the seasoning on. I was skeptical at first because the surface isn't really smooth but rather rough cast. After 4 applications of grape seed oil and baking at 475 for an hour and a half each time to get an initial seasoning, I'm very impressed with how well this one is holding up. I've used it several times with eggs, steaks, bacon, all the things that usually make my finish disappear.

What more can I say? It's Avolon! The pans are well-coated and food does not stick. As long as you use plastic spatular or any ther plastic kitchen utinsils, the pan will not scratch. To clean these pans, just a simple dish detergent and water with a wash rag will do the job. Excellent value for the money given the set come with a 12" and a 10" pan. I especially love the size of the 12" pan, given its large frying capacity.

As with all my cast iron pots - I immediately hand-wash with DAWN soap, cloth dry and I will occasionally apply a drop of vegetable oil (spread with paper towel). I never leave any of my cast iron products to air-dry or put them in the dishwasher. Thank you for offering such a fine product and fine customer service.

The Cast Iron itself is five stars, the only reason I am giving four, is because the wood base is a bit small and hard to handle without burning; I will suggest increasing 1/4 of an inch and that would make it a lot better. If you don't mind that part, this is a great way to keep your fajitas warm while you eat them.
